At SDM we place great importance on ensuring a smooth implementation of your new software, backed up with high quality training for your staff.
A full implementation schedule is drawn up and agreed as part of the installation process.
The training itself is carried out by our professional trainers, many of whom are former community housing organisation employees. The training can be delivered on an one-to-one, group or class-room style basis and is now deliverable Online! We customise and tailor our training around your specific requirements.
In addition to onsite training, SDM publishes a program of seminars and classroom training sessions for all customers, which are carried out in central locations in different cities.

Talking and listening to our customers
