SDM is in a unique position to continue providing service to our customers in a substantially, business-as-usual manner for these key reasons:

Australia:

  • ALL staff work from home, ALL the time, except for specifically booked site visits and have done since 2011 when we commenced operations in Australia.
  • Our IT infra-structure has been designed to facilitate remote working, since 2011.
  • We have a Cloud based IP phone system that operates as a normal office PBX would.
  • Our staff are completely comfortable using remote working tools, Dropbox, Team Viewer, Remote Desktop, teleconferencing, etc.
  • Our staff are aware of current best practice for limiting personal contamination.
  • We have already taken steps to limit, postpone or cancel unnecessary travel and meetings.
